NorthStar Land Co, LLC was founded in 2018 when two brothers decided to go into business together Developing Land in Minnesota’s North Metro area and surrounding suburbs. Marshall and Jethro Carpenter both came from extensive backgrounds in excavation, landscaping and general construction. The two were also well networked with local builders and other developers in the area. These skill sets and connections allowed them to be strategically positioned to maximize all their core capabilities.
Being able to see the potential in any property was one of the founding principles for the company. They focused on Developing Land that others were not interested in. This was land that might require soil corrections before they could be built on. They also looked at land with extreme topographies or other major landscaping obstacles. These Land Development challenges gave the bothers a leg up on the competition. Their ability to grasp and cultivate rough properties into prime real estate for local builders quickly became the primary mission at NorthStar Land Company.
After partnering and working with numerous local builders, the brothers decided to start building on the properties they were developing. This allowed them to streamline the entire process from cultivating the land to building someone’s forever home. Individual homebuyers could choose from various Custom Home plans and have the ability ability to tailor most of the internal selections to their liking. Involvement in all aspects of development meant that these properties were developed to their true and full potential.
